I’m really fired up about this China trip. For Westerners, traveling to China isn’t as exotic as it once was. Business travel to China has become routine and tourists are regular visitors to the important cities, sites, and scenes. Our Swarthmore group won’t go too far off this beaten path, but with the leadership of Haili Kong and the usual ferment of issues and questions that arise from the Swarthmore travelers and their companions, I look forward to a stimulating adventure.
